Client seeks a candidate with grade 12, insurance qualification and 5-7 years claims experience within both personal lines and commercial claims. Candidate must have an excellent knowledge of the claims process and managing relationships with stakeholders. Position will include dealing with technical queries, unsolved claims and management of complaints. Service the clients and brokers and ensure customer excellence is maintained in the claims environment. Position is based in Nelspruit. Affirmative Action candidate required.
