We are looking for a client focused Insurance Manager: Tshwane that will support and motivate the consultant team at branch level to drive sales and service. The successful person will have a number of branches reporting into the position.

Key Areas

Growth of Market share and policy sales by supporting and motivating the consultant team in the branch to drive sales and service of insurance and effectively communicating and setting clear expectations on targets and required outcomes.
Staff management by providing coaching and mentoring of employees ensuring that team sales targets and other team objectives are achieved.
Conducts manager reviews and ensures policies, procedures and company values are adhered to in all branch operations, and that there is a compliance of processes for audit purposes and deal proactively with any non-compliance
Manages the branch as a profit centre, ensuring the appropriate balance of products sold, service and expenses.

Minimum requirements

* Grade 12
* Relevant degree / diploma an advantage
* 2-3 years relevant industry experience
* 2 years people management experience
* RE 5 qualification - essential
* Own reliable vehicle
