The retention team is responsible for the retention of the individual policyholder and resolving arrears premiums.
This position is ideal for a MATURE hard working individual that can work independently.
Job description & duties:
• Contact clients in arrears & reach agreement on how arrears will be settled
• Retain the client by effectively handling objections
• Update administration system
• Communicating arrears premiums in writing & other communication
• Handling inbound cancellation calls & responding to client e-mails
Skills required:
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Good marketing & sales techniques and excellent objection handling skills
• Good customer service delivery
• Attention to detail & a high level of accuracy
• Good MS Office & Microsoft Outlook skills
• Time management
• Works well in a team
• Ability to learn new systems and product information
Minimum qualifications/ experience:
• Matric
• 3 Yrs experience in a Sales environment
• 1 Year Debt collecting
• Customer service & administration experience
• Insurance industry experience
• Call Centre experience
Salary Bracket: R10k - R12k CTC plus incentives
