You will be responsible for communicating with clients regarding their policy arrears and provide payment solutions and assist in reinstating lapsed policies.Responsible to provide effective and effecient services to clients by contacting clients/financial advisors and reinstating policies

Matric/ Grade 12 Essential
B Degree essential
RE certification Qualification preferred
5 years Experience in a similar Role as a Retention
