Job Function:

 

 

  • Creating various spread sheets – ppe / medicals
  • Preparing and ensuring staff files are kept up to date
  • Preparing site files and to ensure that they are kept up to date
  • Prepare monthly timesheets and to capture information on master timesheet
  • Filing and ensuring filing is kept up to date
  • Processing of chemical orders
  • Managing Health and Safety Documents – Toolbox talks, risk assessments, induction booklets, and safe work instructions.
  • Prepare for safety audits
  • Assisting with general admin duties
  • Preparing files for Integrated Service and Window Service Schedule and ensuring dates are adhered to.
  • Stock take
  • Manage PRP clockings
  • Adhoc duties
