Job description

Responsible to source and grow new business within the Western Cape Region.

(Duties are expected to include, although not limited to)
Develop and implement a growth strategy that focus on specific markets segments within the Region
Sell and achieve annual target
Source, negotiate and sign new business
Offer clients a complete integrated service solution of hygiene, cleaning & pest control services
Build valuable relationships
Plan and setting up appointments
Complete contract documents and surveys in detail to stream line he implementation and installation of new clients
Sales presentations
Ability to use and manage costing modules for contract cleaning services
Survey of client premises to assess requirements

Requirements

Matric with a tertiary education in Sales an advantage
Extensive knowledge within the Hygiene, Pest Control & Contract Cleaning rental business
