My client based in the gaming industry has job opportunity for an Integration Analyst/Developer to be based in their Pretoria offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, build, testing and deployment of the data integration components for multiple initiatives across multiple systems and databases.

Primary job Functions:
- Interaction with the Business Systems Analysts, users and business leads to understand Business needs
- Understand the source data components and how they integrate with each other;
- Review and approve the technical specifications provided by the Business Systems Analysts.
- Adhere to and maintain ETL architecture standards based on the business, data and functional requirement
- Serve as a team member on projects in support of strategic initiatives for new financial applications and enhancements to existing applications
- Deliver the ETL high level design document for program and design team to review
- Deployment and integration testing of developed components in Development and Test environments
- Ensure solution designs address performance requirements, reusability, availability, integrity, security challenges, and business functional requirements
- Performance tuned solutions and design to improve the overall execution time
- Design & develop ad-hoc tasks based on business requirements
- The streamlining and automation of the support processes;
- Analyse and diagnose issues that the application may have; and work with the team or vendors to resolve them
- Provide documentation and support for the production code deployment process.

Minimum Requirements for this Integration Analyst/Developer based in Pretoria:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional level application development / ETL / ELT / Data
- Casino / Gaming Experience
- Demonstrable experience in ETL / ELT best practices in design and development methodologies
- Ability to work with a variety of teams and effectively handle multiple tasks/deadlines with success
- Excellent documentation skills – documenting all ETL processes is essential
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
- Advanced data extraction, analysis and logical problem solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of information systems concepts
- Strong knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures
- Demonstrated decision-making and leadership abilities
