Minimum Requirements
TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL
• 3 year IT tertiary or NQF aligned qualification
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in IT, minimum of 5 years in a project management role
• Proven track record of delivering on complex IT projects
• Proven track record of business relationship management
• Solid understanding of integration
• IT project management experience
• Networking ability within Company IT and Company Business
• Facilitation and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong influencing ability
• Ability to create structure from complexity
• Ability to manage and oversee a cross-functional technical team
• Ability to deal with change in a high pressure environment

Job Specification
• Resource planning for and delivery on business and technical projects requiring integration
• Responsible for project management of integration projects through the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through to implementation
• Identify, develop and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues and optimise cost savings of projects requiring integration
• Developing and maintaining a project delivery dashboard
• Developing and maintaining a project demand dashboard
• Creating and prioritising the development sprint backlog
• Single point of communication between the Integration Competency and projects
• Monthly report of the Integration Competency’s delivery on each project
• Establish effective and collaborative partnerships with IT Portfolio Office, relevant IT teams and Business Users
