• Code Analysis

Fixing of Software Defects

• Testing and Root cause analysis
• Classification and severity rating of defects and capturing on the
JIRA platform. The classification includes:
o Data Related
- Apply fix to source system or inform source system
owner of the issue
- Data Backups

- Implementation of defect resolution
o Code Related
- Code Analysis
- Business process change management
• Understanding business impact
• Changes to documentation and training
material

Implementation of defect resolution

System Analysis
• Document management of:
o Business Processes
o Architecture
o Business Requirements
o Functional Requirements
Support Processes and Procedures

Source Code Management

• Code Reviews
Code Repository Management

Product Backlog Management

• Maintain a log of features
