Interim Finance Manager | Botswana

We are seeking a skilled, dynamic and commercially astute strategic Commercial Finance Manager for an interim (3 - 6 month) role in the capital of Botswana.

You will report directly to the CFO and CEO and assume a strategic role that includes leading and supporting the financial functions and decisions of the business.

You will need to meet the following requirements:
• Possess a degree in accounting or finance
• Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - non negotiable
• 6+ years finance / financial management experience, with at least 3 years relevant experience in senior financial management roles
• Demonstrated the ability to set performance metrics and manage the accounting and treasury functions
• Have the business acumen, leadership skills and fortitude sufficient to be an effective strategic partner to the CFO and CEO
• Possess strong leadership capabilities complemented by a collaborative approach to business management

• Demonstrating analytical skills by applying logic and sound reasoning to determine the facts, understand cause and effect and demonstrate the necessary savvy to apply good judgment in complex situations
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to “roll-up the sleeves”.
