Responsibilities include but are not limited:
Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to identify business needs / opportunities
- Compile business cases and where needed trace the benefit realization
- Stakeholder management across all levels of the customer organization
- Workshop facilitation: Conduct JAD Sessions, group workshops or one- on- one interviews
- Elicit analyse, communicate and validate requirements
- Conduct systems, processes, risk and root cause analysis
- Formulate specification artefacts (URS, BRS, Functional, Non Functional Specifications) that are in alignment with business strategy and that are comprehensive enough for user signoff, yet concise enough for input into the solution architecture and design disciplines.
Requirements Gathering
- Workshop facilitation: Conduct JAD Sessions, group workshops or one- on- one interviews
- Elicit analyse, communicate and validate requirements

Quality assurance
- Provide input in test case strategy,
- Assist in the formulation of test cases and
- Participate user acceptance testing where required
Minimum Experience:
- 4 years+ as a Business Analyst with extensive experience on multiple software development projects.
- Preferably in a banking, insurance & retail industry with a working knowledge of collections activities, processes and strategies.
3 years+ experience in the formulation of use case narratives and user stories
- 3 years+ working experience with modelling languages such as UML, BPMN and IDEF0.
- Experience in SDLC methodologies such AGILE (SCRUM), Scaled AGILE, DAD, RUP , Waterfall
