An international multidisciplinary consulting firm seeks to employ a dedicated Electrical Engineer on an Intermediate level, who specialises in the electrical field of building services. The candidate must have strong knowledge in reticulation, power supply and wiring, working on high rise building projects. Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must be a holder of a BSc Electrical Engineering or alternatively a BEng Electrical Engineering degree
Must have 5 - 8 years’ experience in the design of electrical systems and electrical reticulation on major building projects such as hotels, hospitals, residential buildings and schools
Must have knowledge as well as experience in methodologies as illustrated in PMBOK
Must have extensive experience with Low Voltage (LV) as well as Medium Voltage (MV)
Must have excellent knowledge and experience of construction and building regulations
Must have extensive knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) as well as Quality Management Systems (QHS)
Must have excellent technical report writing and communication skills
Must be able to meet time and budget restrictions, while maintaining quality and technical excellence
