Qualification:

• Relevant 3 year Degree/Diploma (Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering)

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum Experience Required: 2 - 4 years Software Testing
• Excellent understanding of testing concepts and the role of QA in the SDLC
• Ability to write SQL queries

Job Description:

• Review and analyse user documentation, functional specifications and other related project documentation
• Create test plans and test scripts
• Execute test plans and test scenarios
• Identify and analyse defects. Log defects and track defect resolution within release time frames
• Participate in project / team meetings
• Provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements
• Provide estimates and feedback to the project manager for project scheduling and project management purposes
• Maintain QA environment and test data
• Perform acceptance tests with customer (business)
• Take partial ownership of the QA function, when offsite with the customer
• Strictly adhere to all Departmental and Company Policies and Procedures
