Qualification:

Matric

BSc Computer Science/National Diploma/Computer Engineering Degree



Skills & Experience:

At least 4 years of PHP Development experience

Proven portfolio of work available for presentation

Firm grasp of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO principles

Firm grasp of Photoshop/Fireworks and Flash

Knowledge of computer science fundamentals in Object Oriented Design, Data Structures and Algorithms

Strong software design skills

Knowledge of one or more modern JavaScript/JQuery frameworks

Basic knowledge of MySQL

Exposure to UX design - Advantageous

Knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle: including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes and testing



Job Description:

As the Intermediate Web Developer, you will be required to interpret technical specifications (when supplied), develop, test and deliver according to spec and document and support there developments. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, analyzing and designing new features for the web, proposing website solutions as required and coding for the creation of new and maintenance of existing websites.
