Internal Account Manager
Remuneration:
Basic salary + commission depending on experience
Usual Company Benefits after six-month probation

Key responsibilities:
Ensuring the Client is viewed in a good light by the customer.
Issuing price lists as required.
Managing reactive deals and special bid opportunities.
Working with externals, product management and resellers on proactive deals.
Being responsible for good order management for account set.
Keeping account record up to date.
Communicating all company information within 24 hours of receipt to account base.
Keeping any account up to date of performance against rebate as and when required.
Working with relevant externals to be able to contribute to a monthly document showing forthcoming activities and focus broken down by product category, product line or account.
Have a good understanding of account set in order to be able to contribute to monthly forecast.
Ensure to complete account reviews by the end of each quarter.
Ensure that you are able by account to provide and contribute to a forecast and / or pipeline by required product category on a monthly basis.
Provide Daily proactive objectives to sales management.

Qualifications, experience and expertise
Proven track record of experience and of success in sales, distribution or similar fast moving environment.
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detailed record keeping and strong attention to detail.
Ability to develop relationships with a wide variety of individuals, internally and externally to the company.
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
A strong desire to succeed in a highly competitive environment.
Act upon own initiative, strong team player.
