1. Minimum requirements: National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial / Operations Management / BTech Quality.
2. At least 3 years relevant experience with a proven track record.
3. Qualifications on ISO9001; ISO14001 & IATF16949 standards and VDA6.3 Process Auditor.
4. Fully conversant in G8D, APQP, PPAP, PSW, FMEA & Control Plans.
5. Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Sound technical capabilities and understanding.
8. Computer literacy in MS Office & Project Management
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work in a team.
