A Property Development company based in Durban is looking for an internal auditor. They are looking for someone with a Minimum of 3 – 4 years’ internal audit experience as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office. The successful candidate must be able to establish, maintain and promote internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure that transactions are validly, accurately and completely authorized, recorded & reported. The position requires the candidate to conduct internal audits to assess the adequacy as well as identify key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks, effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures. The individual should be able to work under pressure and should be analytically minded.
