Internal Communications Manager. RNEG. Minimum 10 years experience within the communications environment. Large Hospitality Group.

? B Degree in communications with major in Communication/and or Psychology
? A good understanding of business principles
? Good understanding of business performance measures
? Understanding and knowledge of the journalism profession and how and where to find required information
? Very good writing, editing and interpersonal skills
? Budget setting and control experience
? Strategic planning skills
? High degree of knowledge and insight into communications
? Ability to produce outputs which conform to business principles measurements
? Ability to build solid working relationships
? Understanding of OD, Change and Transformation initiatives, and how to support these through good communication strategy, tools, content and tone
? Ability to interact and communicate clearly at all levels as well as analyse and interpret information
? Problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle complexity

? Develop and implement an internal communications strategy with associated tactics, tools and measurement mechanisms
? Deliver quality internal, customised communication campaigns for a range of internal audiences in South Africa and to our international markets where appropriate
? Contribute to key organisational strategic concepts (e.g. customer centricity & Customer Management)
? Timely production and communication of regular in-house communications including publications, conferencing, video conferencing and other leadership communications to be scripted, implemented, monitored and measured
? Internal communication of the business and corporate brand strategies
? Editing of all internal publications
? Advise and/or assist other line functions/Departments/Regional operations with their internal communications and integration of Group information into their own regional/local communication
? Filter communications according to seniority or subject matter
? Develop and maintain relationships at appropriate levels inside and outside the organisation and leverage these networks for information in areas where the business has a stake or interest
? Support the Group General Manager: Corporate Brand and Communications, particularly in initiatives involving employees
