Purpose:

To provide support in relation to the implementation of a compliance function within the organization and to ensure that it complies will all legislative and internal prescripts applicable to the organization, and to ensure that all compliance matters are identified, monitored, mitigated and reported on.

Key Performance Areas:

• Assist management in the design, development and implementation of compliance strategies
• Develop a compliance universe for the organization
• Develop a compliance monitoring plan
• Develop compliance risk management plans in accordance with Generally Accepted Compliance Practice
• Communicate the regulatory universe and risk profile to relevant stakeholders
• Monitoring and reporting

Key Requirements:

• LLB / Appropriate Bachelor Degree / Equivalent
• 3 years compliance management experience
