INTERNAL FRONT LINE SALES RECEPTIONIST – CAR RENTAL COMPANY
PAARDEN EILAND, CAPE TOWN | R6500 PER MONTH | START ASAP

Duties Include:
You will be at reception, meeting clients, explaining the rental contracts, taking payments, making copies of ID and passports. You have to ensure that all is valid. You will have to check if the paperwork is correct etc. You will have to answer the phone. Helping clients with prices etc over the phone, take bookings. You will also need to respond to website queries regarding bookings of vehicles.

Job Requirements:
Matric
Reception and Internal Sales Experience is essential
Strong admin background
Must be well spoken and well presented
Be fully computer literate
Be confident and friendly
Be hard working and work well under pressure
Must be willing to work shifts (7am-4pm | 8am - 5pm | 9am – 6pm) including alternate weekends.
