Internal Quality Auditor Sal. Neg.
Main Duties:
Preparation and conducting of all internal quality audits. APQP. Continuous improvements to attain quality objectives and attainment of capable processes. To assist SQE with suppliers on all quality complaints. To ensure effective and timeous follow up and closing of audit findings (Internal, 3rd party and customer). Assist in problem solving and implementation of corrective and preventative actions in order to deliver the right quality product to the customer. Training and skills improvement of employees in other departments. Plan, organise, direct and supervise quality technicians duties and tasks to ensure that all customer requirements are met during series production. Supervise staff under your responsibility with respect to the provisions set out in the documents for the quality assurance system. Coordinate, plan and supervise the tasks of staff under your direct supervision. Supervise the organisation of the function of "Scrap Controlling" performed by departmental staff. Ensure that quality representatives are available to go to suppliers and do regular weekly visits.
Qualifications/Experience:
Degree/National Diploma in Quality Assurance, minimum 5 to 10 years' experience as Quality Auditor in the automotive manufacturing industry, Excellent computer literacy including Excel (SAP advantageous), Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, tenacity and excellent leadership skills, Ability to work flexible hours.
