Internal Recruiter – Code 14 Truck Drivers Parow Cape Town

Our Client is looking for an In-house Internal Recruiter to join their team in Parow, as an Internal Recruiter you will be responsible to recruit Code 14 Truck Drivers ONLY for their Depot.

Salary – Basic very competitive + Incentives + 13th Cheque

• Must have Matric
• Code 14 Driver License a Benefit to this position
• Successful applicant must recruit at least 5 drivers a month and must be proactive to go and look for those drivers.
• Person responsible for the entire driver recruitment process including recruiting new drivers, checking criteria, reference checks, road & yard tests (Code 14 required), and arranging transport for drivers to a central point.
