Requirements:

Matric or equivalent;
Completed degree or 3 year diploma (not negotiable!);
Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans;
Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel;
Min 2 years recruitment experience within a corporate environment and preferably in a target driven environment;
Recruitment of sales staff an advantage;
Professional and presentable;
Strong personality and a people's person.

Duties:

Full function recruitment to ensure that all recruitment targets are met within the prescribed periods;
Professional advertising of all vacancies;
Screening of all incoming CVs;
Completion of telephonic interviews and face-to-face interviews;
Completion of all admin documentation;
Providing regular reports to Management;
Ensuring that all recruitment criteria is met;
Meeting weekly targets;
Must be a go-getter!
