A national, established and corporate manufacturing company is looking for a vibrant and energetic individual to join their dynamic team as an Internal Sales Administrator. NB: Only apply if you have worked in the paint or surface coating industry!

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound lead generation calls to prospective customers received through the web enquiries
• Respond to phone/fax/email/web queries
• Put quotes and proposals together
• Follow up with the customer within 24 hours of sending the quotation
• Check stock availability
• Collect and analyse the data as to why the customer is not accepting a quote
• Meet and exceed annual sales plan

Requirements:

• Matric qualification
• Surface coating/Paint industry experience is a must
• Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Big preference for a recent graduate with a mechanical back round
• High attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• Can perform well under pressure
• Computer literate
• Can multi task well
