• Internal Sales Exp Building / Construction Materials
• Computer Literate (Ms Office)
• Exp Costing Systems
• CRM Systems Knowledge

Responsibilities include inter alia:
• Customer and Project Database creation
• Database maintenance
• Project tracking, following up, identification of key individuals
• Email marketing and telemarketing
• Telephone follow up
• Book appointments for external sales
• Basic cost estimates, from standard product range
• Standard specifications maintenance incl.
• Presentations and other electronic media maintenance
• Assist tradeshow and other presentation events preparation
• Preparation of quotes and tenders

Prerequisites:
• Internal sales working experience
• Project tracking and desk research experience
• Building or construction materials sales experience
• Telesales and online marketing experience
• Leads to business or other leads generation
• Internal order processing
• Computer literate, MS Office package
• Costing systems
• Alternative Building Technologies and materials knowledge.
• Construction industry networking and hierarchy knowledge
• CRM systems knowledge
• Determined sales drive, go getter
• Able to work under pressure, achieve deadlines
• Strong Presentation skills
• Literacy and Numeracy
