Our client a leading organisation in the retail industry is looking for 2 internal sales agent to join their team in Aeroton

Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of an Internal Sales Agent include, but are not limited to:

Support the Area Manager in reaching sales performance objectives of the designated area through:
Building relationships, providing the relevant support, training & development to a sufficient number of Managers per Month in order to assist in achieving the relevant KPI's including but not exclusive to- New Manager count, Field Activity, Increased Consultant count, Increased Average Spend & Sales
Contacting Network Managers, Depot Managers & Distributors, in order to motivate, train & provide the necessary support to grow their Network Businesses.
Talent spotting amongst Consultants, VIP Consultants & Network Managers in order to identify potential Depot Managers & coach in preparation for New Manager Training.
Gain & maintain new/established Managers & Distributors

Ensuring that existing resources (human & financial) are managed appropriately to optimise performance within the Area.
Maintaining accurate records of contact calls to Distributors, Managers & Consultant as required.
To ensure every Manager within the designated area is contacted at very minimum once a month- with the intention to motivate, educate & recognise
Conduct telephonic 1-2-1 calls with Distributors & or Managers (in the areas where there are insufficient distributors) & file all correspondence without delay
Responsible for the safe keeping & document maintenance the Distributors 1-2-1 files.
Gather, compile & report on accurate field information when requested to do by the business.
Compile & ensure deployment of all relevant sms communication (this is to be signed off by the Head of Internal sales or a similar authority)
To head up or take part in any Special Projects that may be implemented by the business.
At all times - communicate any concerns raised by the field & where possible detail possible solutions to be implemented.
Endeavour at all times to deliver Service Excellence to the field & to constantly report on barriers to business
