Internal / Inbound Sales Agent

Description:
• An internal sales consultant to assist clients calling my client for services, by understanding their requirements and assisting throughout the entire process to installation.
• Delivering the highest standard of service and advice to all clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
• Assist clients calling for internet services wireless/Fibre.
• Converting existing Wireless clients in live Fibre areas to convert.
• Taking calls as well as doing cold calling to active Fibre areas, estates to sell services.
• Incorporated into this will be mining of databases for leads.
• Facilitating all new clients through the installation process
• Be willing to also doing outbound / hunting sales

Qualifications
• Grade 12
• Driver’s License Code 08
• Sales related qualification advantageous

Experience:
• 2-3 yeas sales experience

Qualities:
• Driving to achieve more than expected
• Driven to achieve sales targets and taking initiative to find more business
