JOB DESCRIPTION

We are an Electrical Retail Outlet looking for a talented and competitive Internal Sales Assistant that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable dealing with lots of clients per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Close sales and achieve quotas
Prepare quotations, invoices and requisitions
Attend to Point of sale activities
Maintain and expand your database of prospects

Requirements

Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong interpersonal presence and experience dealing with customers
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
