Key Performance Areas:

o Syspro - sales orders, quotations, picking slips, invoices, credit notes;
o Daily customer orders in accordance with production plan;
o Follow up on all customer queries;
o Address & follow up on quality complaints;
o Inform customers of price increases;


Preparation of sales reports:

o New customers accounts;
o New developments.
o Supply Chain Transfer (SCT) from other branches;
o Planning/Scheduling of daily trucks for deliveries;
o Build and develop strong relationships with all customers;

Preference will be given to candidates with the following experience and skills:

o Degree/diploma;
o Bilingual;
o Strong MS Excel & Syspro experience will be to your advantage;
o Ability to work independently and unsupervised
