We are looking for an Internal Sales Consultant for a National Company in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:
A solid understanding of Marketing and Sales Principles
Minimum of 2 years direct sales or telesales experience (cold-calling)
Marketing qualification is advantageous
Matric qualification is essential
Computer literate – intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel

Duties:
The Internal Sales Consultant will be responsible for new business telesales
Inbound and outbound calls
Describing the product benefits and any special offers
Gather and document information about the client
Building good internal and external relationships with clients and sales representatives in your allocated
Giving advice to potential clients as to how the product offered may benefit them and their business
Persuade clients to accept and sign an online contract
Daily, weekly and monthly targets
