Key Performance Areas:

• The principle reason for the employment of Internal Sales is to maintain the employer’s existing clients and promote current products.
• The Internal Sales representative will report directly to the Internal Sales Manager.
• Handle Internal sales customers.
• To handle telephonic enquiries from customers in a professional manner and ensure quotes and orders are processed timeously.
• To assist clients with any technical or sales enquiries and to liaise with the purchasing department.
• To assist with the processing of quotes and to ensure customer satisfaction and customer expectations are met.
• Communicate with customers on the delivery of goods and services.
• Responsible to accurately capture customer information into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
