Grade 12 + FLUETN IN AFRIKAANS & ENGLISH + MS WORD + MS EXCEL + PASTEL + ABILITY TO SELL + TELESALES / COLD CALLING + ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR + GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES.

We need a well presented lady or gentleman that is able to sell to our existing customer base as well as secure appointments with key clients in the transport and logistics industry.

Job Description
• Build relationships with customers and upsell
• Setting up meetings for business executives
• Obtain leads for existing and prospective clients
• Sales pitch to customers including cold calling
• Compiling of reports and daily call sheets
• Answering of incoming calls
• Arranging customer collections and deliveries
• Complete monthly stock take
• Complete final quality check on customer orders
• Generate invoices, pro-forma invoices and quotations to customers
• Filling of invoices and POD’s
• General assistant to director
