My client, a service delivery company is seeking a young, dynamic Internal Sales Consultant with strong computer skills to join their dynamic team.

Location: Milnerton

The package, depending on experience and qualifications, is circa R10,000 per month, which would include a performance element.

Job description and Requirements

Requirements:
• 3 year’s experience in a sales/ internal sales role
• Track record of performance/ promotion
• Self-motivated, organised, disciplined person with good admin skills and commercial instincts

Responsibilities:
• Assists customers - telephonically and personally in establishing their needs and cross sell.
• Quotes on products customer has selected.
• Follows up on quotations given.
• Processes orders utilising the correct procedures.
• Ensures excellent after-sales service by following up on deliveries and ensuring customer is satisfied and also seeks future selling opportunities.
• Follow up on debtors
• Handles complaints/queries
• Attends to general administration duties, i.e., filing, invoicing and record keeping
• Other duties as assigned from time to time
