Minimum educational qualifications and experience

•Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 2-3 year’s industry experience, preferably in the field customer service/sales
and/or pricing
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Exposure to a multi-cultural, global business environment would be an advantage
• Sales focused mind set / approach to business.
• Good computer skills, esp. MS office suite, excel

Job Requirements

• Establish strong relationships with customers
• Correct internal ordering and invoicing
• 100% On Time Delivery to customers
• Follow up with customers for (Should this not be “on”) quotation
• Updating of customers
• Generating sales and purchase orders
• Able to Sell Maintenance Contracts to Customers
Follow up with suppliers on orders placed
