National Sales Manager
PURPOSE OF ROLE
? To administrate and process all customer orders/queries
Main Duties
? Receiving (via fax, e-mail and EDI) of orders from and invoicing of products to external customers
? Assist customers and sales representatives with queries
? Monitor picking slips
? Allocate, monitor and expedite back-orders, prepare and provide back-order reports to customers
? Provide feedback and information as is relevant to external sales staff and management
? General internal sales related tasks and duties
? Assist to monitor and administrate promotional campaigns
? Prepare and submit monthly reports relating to customer satisfaction
? General marketing communication with external customers as required (pricing, technical bulletins, announcements etc.)
? Assist warehouse with stock takes as required
KEY ATTRIBUTES & COMPETENCIES
? Positive general attitude, advanced communication and telephone skills
? Able to communicate fluently in English (other languages an advantage)
? Grade 12
? Computer literacy (MS Office suite , particularly Excel)
? Previous experience in a marketing and sales environment with telephone contact with external customers
? Basic understanding and knowledge of warehousing
? Additional advantageous skills (not essential): SYSPRO, Customer Service/Sales related qualification, experience in the automotive aftermarket sales and marketing environment
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
? Minimum Grade 12, Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage
? Minimum of 3 years internal/telesales experience
