Our client is a well-established BUSINESS FUNDING SOLUTIONS COMPANY that provides loans/finance to businesses within various sectors. They are seeking an ENTHUSIASTIC AND SALES-DRIVEN INTERNAL SALES EXECUTIVE/LEAD GENERATOR to join their successful team. The candidate must have a proven sales track record within a cut-throat a sales environment. Our client has a young, dynamic team and are looking for top achievers.

REQUIREMENTS

Matric (essential)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within sales/call centre sales
PROVEN SALES TRACK RECORD AND PROVEN RECORD BEATING TARGETS
Have an excellent business acumen (essential)
Must be hungry for sales and have a go-getter mindset
Be able to book appointments with business owners
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
Extremely well spoken
Excellent telephone etiquette
Young and energetic, self-driven, self-managed
Have a track record of awards (advantageous)
Clear ITC and Criminal Record

RESPONSIBILITIES

New business development and lead generation
Generating leads by booking appointments with business owners for the team of Business Development Specialists
Ensuring that the team of Business Development Specialists always have a full diary for each day
Building a pipeline
Tracking targets
Exceeding targets
