Responsibilities
Receive and process orders
Report pricing and GP errors
Communicate and report issues regarding orders to customers
Account queries
Quotations and supporting documents
Customer satisfaction
Administration
Liaise with warehouse regarding stock levels and estimate delivery times
Sales process from start to finish
Attend sales meetings and stock take when necessary
