My client that is in the Packaging Industry is requiring an Internal Sales employee. This is a permanent position and based in Pinetown,
KwaZulu Natal. Syspro exp. will be an advantage. Must have matric and at least 5 years experience in Internal Sales.

Responsibilities and tasks:
Generate reports on all outstanding quotations and follow up with relevant staff in order for quotations to be sent to customers as soon as
Complete the Quotation Process for requests on all existing stock codes
Capture repeat customer purchase orders
Send Order Acknowledgements to customers
Contact customers regarding the previous weeks dispatches to ensure the right stock was delivered, on time and in good condition
Generate Back Order Reports to confirm what stock is on hand against orders and why it has not been dispatched
Generate Back Order Reports and send to customers
Load replacement stock orders
Scan and save information onto the server
Manage stock holdings
Discuss the days priorities with Sales
Update Contact Management
