Job responsibilities will include, but would not be limited to:

• Customer Service
? Deals : Timely preparation and submittal of deals to Reps and to customers. These may be simple verbal quotations
? Rendering an excellent telesales service
? Resolve customer queries
? Develop a strong relationship with customers and demonstrate how we can add value on their business

• Budget Management
? Achieving 25% of rand budget of sales representative allocated to

• Support To External Sales Representative
? Process sales orders
? Ensuring that back orders are up to date
? Communicating stock availability with sales reps
? Follow up with customers and distribution on deliveries

• Telesales
? Answer all incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
? Educate the customer on our product range
? Offer a variety of product related solutions to clients
? Utilise inbound call opportunities to generate sales and renewals
? Participate as required in new product launches and promotions

• Administrative Duties
? Receive and process orders on behalf of customers in an efficient and accurate manner, as well as providing order status updates
? Submit order at the warehouse on time that they maybe be delivered the following day


The ideal candidate will meet the above criteria and possess the following characteristics and attributes:

• Matric
• 1 Year work experience in industry in terms of product performance, specifications and application
• Tertiary education or sales training courses will be advantageous
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to handle pressure
• Be willing to work overtime if needed
• Good credit record
