The Sales Supervisor will assist the Sales Manager in leading a strong sales team to drive the customer experience and achieve revenue goals.
The Internal Sales Supervisor will be responsible for the following:
• Supervise and develop a team of internal sales staff including:
• Drive key performance metrics to achieve company goals
• Coordinate and review performance opportunities
• Demonstrate strong phone selling and service acumen through all customer interactions
• Manage all tendering processes
• Carry out Ad Hoc duties as required.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence the sale
• Communicate clearly: both verbal and written

• Be in position of a N3 qualification or higher.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role in an Electrical Sales environment
