3-5 years’ experience in the pump industry, with sound knowledge of pumps and pump related equipment. Must be able to select pumps the old fashioned way – using pump curves. Have a broad pump base knowledge. Excellent telephone/email etiquette, good people skills and great customer service skills. Proactive, flexible and adaptive, be able to prioritise and work unsupervised

RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce quotations and follow up on them
Process complete job cards and orders
Pump selections
Assist external sales persons with sales admin functions
Associated internal sales duties
