Internal Sales Supervisor – East Rand

Job Specification
• Supervise, motivate & lead a team of Internal Salespersons
• Lead the team to provide service excellence to customers.
• Manage / track quotations, sales orders & monitor gross profits
• Liaise with various internal departments
• Assist with all relevant expediting process (attend WIP meetings)
• Monitor sales to other branches / assist with service to the branches
• Monitor daily sales & report on daily sales stats
• Meet and exceed sales budgets
• This position reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager

Required Qualification / Experience
• Matric
• Diploma/Degree in Sales / Management – advantageous
• Knowledge of SAP – important
• Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience
• Ability to negotiate
• Knowledge of Steel industry – advantageous
• Excellent communication skills - written / verbal, at all levels
