Internal Sales for Textiles - Johannesburg
The position entails dealing with client accounts on a daily basis ensuring all requirements of stock required by clients are met timeously.
Duties & Responsibilities
The main purpose of the position is to promote and sell Fabric products to customers according to procedures and the branding standards and guidelines.
The main functions of the job includes:
Building productive relationships with customers
Maintaining knowledge about products and market standards
Managing orders of clients
Supporting the sales consultants
Supporting payment process
Supporting sales process from initial quote to delivery to client
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 Qualification
Excellent Communication skills
At least 3 years Sales/Buying/Account management experience in a Fabric/Clothing environment
Customer Service orientated
General business acumen
Knowledge of Fabrics advantageous
This position offers a basic + commission structure
