Internal Sales

R10,000 p/m
Our client a process automation solutions company seeks a young, ready to learn and self motivated individual to join their dynamic team.

Minimum requirements:

Matric
2 years experience in a sales environment either in Internal Sales or Admin for a manufacturing or industrial company A MUST!
Knowledge of SYSPRO an advantage
Recognised Admin Diploma an advantage
Strong MS Office skills
Clear and strong communicator in English
Must reside in or near Boksburg (15-20km radius - any further than that is an immediate rejection for this role)
Responsibilities:

Contact new/existing customers in conjunction with senior reps to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services
Answer customers questions about products, prices and availability
Emphasize product features and benefits based on analyses of custoemrs needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limnitations.
Maintain customer records using automated system
Identify prospective customers by susing business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organisation and clubs and attending trade shows and conferences
Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies or marketing information
General related office adminstration tasks
Telephonic follow up on quotes
work as a team and be teachable
Assist with debtors collections
Manage a small store
