JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for conducting internal sales and for developing business with existing accounts, providing quotes and creating proposals for new and existing clients. Your excellent interpersonal skills will see you develop successful relationships with your customers, manager and internal accounts department.

Requirements
Reliable transport
Valid driver’s license
Ideally technically orientated
Good English & an African language essential
Afrikaans an advantage
Outlook, Excel, Word and Pastel experience
Excellent telephone skills and the ability to work under pressure
Leadership qualities
Good work ethic

Summary of essential job functions
Attend to walk in customers, process their orders & Invoices
Develop good customer relationships
Taking telephonic incoming orders & providing quotes as per customer request
Liaising with production & stock controlled to ensure availability of stock
Up sell / Increase business volume with existing clients
Promote and market telephonically
Liaise with the accounts department in regards to invoices, payments & credit notes
General sales administration
Process & follow up on orders
