Our Client, a wholesale distributor of tools, machinery, hardware, home, garden and automotive products requires the services of a highly successful and accomplished Tools & Hardware Internal Telesales Rep.

Internal Sales/Telesales

Required to achieve business growth internally via telesales


Responsibilities Include:

Contacting potential and existing customers

Represent the company through networking within external business channels

Follow up on sales opportunities (leads)

Follow through on sales after orders have been placed

Keep customers up to date throughout the sales process

Attributes/Skills:

Matric

Min 2 yrs Business to Business sales experience

Proven track record in sales

Preference to candidates with Tools and Hardware sales experience

Must have internal sales & telesales experience

Influential persuasive communicator

Highly competitive

Strong commitment to results

Outstanding interpersonal relationships

Persuasive Selling style

Well spoken

Listening skills

Planning, organizing, control and time keeping

Resourceful

Deadline & Customer Service orientated

On offer:
Basic Salary - R8000 pm CTC + Incentives / Commission - Salary is negotiable depending on experience and your current remuneration package.

Incentive Scheme / Commission structure will be discussed at interview stage.
