Minimum Qualifications
• Grade 12
• NQF Level 4 – Certificate ETDP Training Qualifications
• TMM Certificates (± 3 Machines)
• Underground Experience
• Assessor – Accredited by MQA

Experience & Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in training
• Conflict management, Communication, Planning & Organising skills
• Knowledge of Skills Development Act, Skills Development Levies Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act and Mine Health and Safety Act
• Computer literate – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Code E/EB driver’s licence will be an added advantage
• Must be able to communicate efficiently

Duties & responsibilities include:
• Present training to learners according to approved course material
• Source and maintain needs driven learning offerings and solutions
• Validation of learning material
• Professional delivering of learning solutions and the facilitation of training sessions
• Record keeping of trainees and capturing info for the training authorities
• Communication and customer’s relationship within the training and work environment
• Performing any other reasonable ad hoc duties, as and when required from time to time
