Internal Training Manager

Compuscan, a registered credit bureau that is based in Stellenboch, has a position available for an Internal Training Manager responsible for creating, implementing and coordinating the organization’s training policy as well as training plans and strategies in consultation with management (department) and within set budgetary limits. Plans, develops, implements and evaluates training and development programs to ensure management and staff acquire the skills and develop the competencies required by the organisation to meet organisational objectives.

Key Requirements:
• B- Degree in Human Resource Management/ Development
• 3-5 Years’ experience relating to various types of training programmes including induction, soft skills and product training
• Instructional design and development experience
• Qualified Facilitator / Assessor
• Experience with the credit industry would be highly beneficial

• Training programme research design, development and delivery (classroom & e- learning)
• Employee induction and orientation
• Manage learnerships and external training supplier
