Skills & Experience
Education and Experience Required:
Grade 12
Certificate in Logistics / Transportation management preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to anticipate and solve problems / queries practically
Proven reasoning and analytical skills
Team player who displays initiative
Good interpersonal skills.
Hard worker – must have managerial / leadership skills
Logistics / Transport background
Computer Literacy
5-7 years’ Experience in the Express Freight and Logistics environment
Proven Track Record in Managing and Leading teams
Ability to assess and evaluate Supplier relationships
Strong analytical Skills
International Experience in either Clearing and Forwarding or International Express will be a preference

Must be able to work long hours
Must have own transport
