Our client, currently one of the largest Adventure Tour Companies in Africa is seeking an International Sales Manager to join their dynamic and vibrant team.

Duties will include (but not limited) to:
• Manage and motivate a small team of International and Domestic Sales Consultants
• Build relationships with International and local Agents and actively grow your own portfolio
• Manage the CRM process of the International and Domestic Sales Team
• Identify and develop business in new markets
• Creative product development
• Organise and conduct International and Domestic Sales calls and Trade Shows
• Set and manage goals for the Sales Team

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• Degree or diploma in the Tourism industry
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Computer literate with the Internet, Email and Skype
• Experience in the Tourplan reservation system a definite advantage
• Experience in Salesforce CRM software
• Fully Bilingual in English & Afrikaans
• Own, reliable transport

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong leadership skills including the ability to motivate the Sales Team to achieve goals
• Exceptional selling, organisational, negotiation, creative and strong administrative skills
• Strong endurance, excellent health, manage stress levels efficiently and ability to work under pressure
• Self-disciplined, mature individual with a friendly, positive ‘Yes, I can do’ attitude
• Engage professionally with Clients, Suppliers and the Team
• Speak Dutch or another European language

Salary on Offer: R30 000 CTC depending on qualifications and experience
